  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

4. How to Start a Return

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item using the provided label within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
