Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped based on the delivery option selected at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation once it's out for delivery.
2. Shipping Options

Same-Day Delivery Requirements:
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day you'd like delivery.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will automatically move to next-day.
- Same-day delivery is only available in select areas [insert eligible zip codes/cities, if applicable].
- Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and courier capacity; on rare occasions, delays may occur due to weather or high demand.
3. Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once your order is out for delivery.
- For same-day orders, tracking updates may be provided closer to the delivery window.
4. Delivery Areas
- Normal delivery is available to [all areas you serve].
- Same-day delivery is currently limited to [specific city/region]. If your address is outside this zone, same-day delivery will not be available at checkout.
5. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery windows, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Weather or traffic conditions
- Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, high-volume periods)
If a same-day order cannot be fulfilled same day for any reason, it will be delivered the next business day, and you will be notified.
6. Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [support email] we can only make changes before the order is out for delivery.
7. Missed or Failed Delivery
- If no one is available to receive the order, our courier will [attempt redelivery / leave at the door / contact you to reschedule specify your process].
